Lesley Dixon – Director
Lesley has worked for Cumbria Housing Partners since 2007, initially as Project Manager and now as director. Lesley has a Masters Degree in Housing and is a member of Chartered Institute of Housing.

With over 30 years of experience in change and project management in housing organisations, Lesley is committed to ensuring the partnership delivers on it’s promise to add value to the people and communities the partners work in.

David Hall – Procurement Manager

David has  extensive experience of procurement across diverse sectors. Starting with Northern Electric in 1987, David has worked in procurement for over 28 years, successfully creating savings for businesses by establishing professional procurement teams routes to procurement.

David is working the partners to extend current areas of procurement, develop best practice, help to achieve more cost savings and improve efficiencies.  He also heads up the development of  a shared procurement and commercial hub for the benefit of member landlords.

Our Board of Directors are all representatives from the housing associations who make up Cumbria Housing Partners.

John Clasper (MCIH)- Chair of Cumbria Housing Partners

John has been Chief Executive of Eden Housing Association since 2011 and has almost 40 years working experience of the housing sector.  He is also Vice Chair of Cumbria Housing Associations’ Chief Executives’ Group.

 

Rob Brittain – Castles and Coasts

Rob started his housing career with Home in Scotland, before taking up a development role for Home Housing in Yorkshire. Prior to joining Castles & Coast Housing Association (formerly Two Castles), Rob was Business Development Manager for Broadacres Housing Association, where he managed the development, asset management and maintenance teams.

He has an honours degree in Building Surveying from Herriot Watt University and an MA in Housing Policy and Management from Northumbria University. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Rob combines 23 years of practical construction experience with academic qualifications

Alan SandeyHome Group

Alan is Senior Procurement Category Manager for Home Group. He has  responsibility for the contractual and commercial aspects of maintenance contracts and strategic property procurement in North West and Central Regions.

Following studies at Northumbria University,  Alan gained extensive experience in all areas of Social Housing  whilst working for  10 years with The Gateshead Housing Company.  From housing management to grant funding; tenant liaison to contract management of 8 million pound projects Alan has a wide understanding of the requirements needed to manage sustainable contracts which deliver value for money, for both customer and company.

Richard Hayes – South Lakes Housing

Richard is Director of Assets and Improvements at South Lakes Housing.

Richard  initially worked for Knowsley Design Consultancy in Liverpool where he worked with Knowsley Housing Services during their stock transfer to Knowsley Housing Trust in 2002. After going on to work at senior management level with the award winning One Vision Housing in Bootle,  Richard moved to South Lakes Housing in 2012 to take up the post of Assistant Director of Assets and Investment. He was subsequently appointed Director of Assets & Investments in 2015. In his current post Richard is responsible for the successful delivery of SLHs’ Improvement Programme, New Development, Compliance and Aids & Adaptations.
